Stock award programs
eXp offers stock-based programs. The agent equity program lets agents receive part of their commission in company stock. The ICON award grants stock to agents who meet production and cultural criteria in a given year. Terms are set by eXp and can change.
Revenue share
Revenue share is one of the ways eXp agents can earn. It is tied to agents you sponsor into eXp and how the company's program is structured. It is not guaranteed. Ask me to walk you through how it works, and read eXp's own explanation in the deck.
Honest check
Is eXp right for you?
- You're an independent contractor. eXp agents run their own business. Nobody hands you a salary.
- The model is fully virtual. If you need a physical office to stay focused, think about how you'll replace that.
- Results depend on your work. Tools and training help. They don't do the prospecting for you.
